There are a few things that must be completed before your scheduled move-in date. Please follow this checklist to assure we can move you into your new home on your scheduled date.
Sign Lease Agreement
Your lease agreement must be fully signed prior to your move-in. Please make sure everyone named on the lease that are 18 years old and older have signed.
Pay Move-In Funds
Keys will not be released until the date on the lease agreement. Certified funds must be paid and cleared by our financial institution. Please upload receipt.
Schedule utilities to be turned on before the start date on your lease. Please upload proof of all utility accounts.
Renter’s insurance is required. You can opt-in to the renters insurance we offer or you can opt-out and setup your own. If you get your own please upload the proof to your resident portal.
If you have completed everything above, we will contact you before your move-in date. We will then schedule a time to give you access to your home on your move-in date. If you have any questions before your move-in day please

If you have not already done so, schedule utilities to be turned on and transferred into your name before the start date on your lease.
A FREE concierge Utility Service called Citizen Home Solutions is available to you, the company will contact you by phone to help you setup your utilities. This is a free service to assist you with connecting electric, water, gas, cable and internet for your new home. If you do not receive a call from Citizen Home Solutions or would like to contact them sooner you can go to https://10to8.com/book/chs/ to set up your appointment. Mention BRIDGE TOWER PROPERTIES to expedite you service. You are not obligated or required to use Citizen Home Solutions, you can choose any provider you wish. We are referring CHS solely as a reference. CHS may compensate us for referrals.
It is the resident’s obligation to ensure electric, gas, water have been connected into your name by the start date of your lease agreement. Send proof of all utility accounts to Property@BridgeTowerGP.com prior to your move-in date.
Renter’s insurance is a requirement per your lease agreement. To fulfill the requirement, the following options are available to you:
OPTION 1: DO NOTHING AND AUTOMATICALLY ENROLL IN APPFOLIO’S LIABILITY INSURANCE
AppFolio’s Liability Insurance offers a competitive Liability Insurance Premium at $12.50 per month. Please note that this policy is a property liability insurance and does not cover your personal belongings. You will have the additional option of signing up with Appfolio’s partner insurance company Roost Renter’s Insurance. Roost gives you, the renter, the ability to apply additional coverage for your personal belongings
OPTION 2: OPT OUT AND OBTAIN ALTERNATIVE RENTERS INSURANCE
You may obtain Renters Insurance from an insurer of your choice that is satisfactory to the Landlord. You are required to maintain and provide the following minimum required insurance coverage for the benefit of the Landlord:
$100,000 Limit for Resident’s legal liability for damage to Landlord’s real improved and personal property, including any fixtures, for no less than the following causes of loss: fire, smoke, explosion, backup or overflow of sewer, drain or sump, water damage (“Required Insurance”).

Report your rent payments to the credit bureaus to help you improve your credit score by using Rent Reporters. You can find out more at https://prf.hn/click/camref:1011liZaV , there is a fee associated with their service but you can learn more about what they offer on their site.
