Named on application

Your client(s) must have your name on their application in order for a commission to be paid.

must have active license

Your realtor license must be active at the time you were working with your client. 

Complete agreement

Please ensure that all appropriate fields are completed accordingly on the Agreement Between Brokers for Residential Leases. We've included a pre-filled ABB agreement. You can download it here.
