Brad Bogovich is a residential real estate and homebuilding executive with more than 25 years of experience across Texas and North Carolina. His expertise spans construction, sales, purchasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and operational leadership.

Before joining Bridge Tower as Vice President of Operations, Brad held leadership roles at Ashton Woods, Orchard, and David Weekley Homes. He has managed residential products ranging from entry-level to semi-custom homes and led complex, multi-market operations.

Shaivali Desai joined Bridge Tower in 2022 and oversees entitlement, community planning, and design. Shaivali leverages her architect degree and 25 years of design and construction experience with Silicon Valley projects to design beautiful and efficient communities for Bridge Tower.

Zech Hampton oversees land acquisition for Bridge Tower, where he is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land opportunities that support future communities. Through strong relationships with master-planned community developers and in-depth local market knowledge, Zech helps position Bridge Tower in communities that provide homeowners with a balanced blend of lifestyle, convenience, and everyday essentials.

Bob joined Bridge Tower in 2022 and oversees entitlement and development. He brings over two decades of civil engineering expertise to help develop infrastructure projects across Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Texas. Prior to joining Bridge Tower, Bob held the position of VP and General Manager for Johnson Development’s award-winning Trinity Falls master-planned community in McKinney, TX.

Jody joined Bridge Tower in 2021 and oversees accounting and finance teams. Jody is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and government contracting. Prior, she founded ART Response Team Inc., a $50 million enterprise serving FEMA, SBA, and FDIC.

Jackson is the Founder and Co-CEO of Bridge Tower, with 30 years of experience in real estate and financial investments. Jackson oversees all aspects of Bridge Tower with core responsibility in acquisition, development, construction, property operations, sales, and capital raising. Before founding Bridge Tower, Jackson held positions in the financial industry with firms such as Goldman Sachs, Cramer Rosenthal, Othello Capital, and Robeco Bank in portfolio management and trading. Jackson holds a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University.

George is the Founder and Co-CEO of Bridge Tower, with nearly 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Before founding Bridge Tower, George held various positions in the financial industry with firms such as Stansberry Research and Sabretooth Capital. Alongside Jackson Su, George oversees all aspects of Bridge Tower with core responsibility for acquisition, finance, accounting, asset management, and investor relations. George holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Science from the University of British Columbia.
