He brings over two decades of civil engineering expertise to help develop infrastructure projects across Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Texas. Prior to joining BT, Bob held the position of VP and General Manager for Johnson Development’s award-winning Trinity Falls master-planned community in McKinney, TX.
Jody Blanchard joined Bridge Tower in 2021 and oversees financial operations for the construction division. She is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and government contracting. Prior to joining Bridge Tower, Jody founded and scaled A.R.T. Response Team, a $50 million enterprise securing contracts with FEMA, SBA, and FDIC. Her career spans startups to large-scale federal contracts, with a focus on building scalable accounting systems, driving audit readiness, and reducing financial risk. At Bridge Tower, she plays a critical role in enhancing transparency, formalizing risk mitigation practices, and implementing systems that support investor confidence and operational growth.
